Binaural beats are a phenomenon in which sounds of different frequencies generate new frequencies in the brain, and it is known that certain frequency bands contribute to relaxation and improved concentration. By incorporating this technology, your mind will naturally become at peace and you will be freed from everyday stress.</p>



<p>Solfeggio frequencies are also known as ancient musical scales and are said to have the power to balance the mind and body. For example, the frequency of 963Hz is also called the &#8220;pure light of the universe&#8221; and is said to raise consciousness and bring peace of mind. Music that skillfully incorporates such frequencies is not just background music, but has the power to adjust our physiological rhythms and induce deep relaxation. This video is a manifestation of our desire to explore the possibilities of music therapy.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Music relieves mental tension</h3>



<p>For those of us living in a stressful society, the quality of our sleep is often sacrificed. Psychological research has shown that appropriate music can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and suppress the secretion of cortisol, a stress hormone. The music in this video is designed to achieve this effect. In particular, we paid particular attention to the selection of rhythms that stabilize the heart rate and chords that bring calm to the mind.</p>



<p>In addition, incorporating natural sounds as part of music therapy can enable deeper relaxation. For example, sounds reminiscent of a quiet forest or the gentle sound of rain directly affect our minds and bring a sense of relief to our subconscious. <p>Sleep is not just rest, it is the process of regeneration of the mind and body itself. This video was created to make this regeneration more effective. Music has the effect of increasing alpha waves in the brain and relaxing the mind. Alpha waves occur naturally in meditation and Zen states and are brain waves that symbolize deep relaxation.
