This music work is the culmination of the music therapy I have pursued for many years. For modern people who have trouble sleeping, I have skillfully combined binaural beats and isochronic tones to create a soundscape that brings deep relaxation. In particular, by incorporating elements of Nada Yoga, it is possible to calm the noise of the mind and lead to natural sleep. Taking the concept of music therapy one step further, it is also expected to suppress the secretion of stress hormones to bring mental stability. It is known that the rhythm of isochronic tones has the effect of leading the brain to a relaxed state and stabilizing the heart rate. In addition, binaural beats help restore the balance of the left and right sides of the brain and promote the adjustment of the autonomic nervous system, helping to restore the stillness of the mind. In this work, I musically expressed the process in which the listener’s mind is gradually released and relieved from stress. I carefully weave the music so that listeners can empathize with the changes in my heart that I felt through music.
