The power of music to align the mind and body
In modern life, it is not easy to get a deep sleep. Many people are crushed by stress and worries and spend their nights unable to sleep. In such a situation, I provide music through this “Relaxation Sleep Music” that heals the mind and body of the listener and leads to a peaceful sleep. This music is created based on the theory of “Nada Yoga”, where the vibration of sound directly acts on the mind and naturally promotes relaxation. Nada Yoga is a traditional method of balancing the mind and body using the vibrations of sound. In addition, it contains “binaural beats” that regulate brain waves, and the fluctuation of this sound harmonizes the activity of the left and right brain hemispheres, leading to a deep state of relaxation. Recent research has shown that binaural beats induce alpha brainwaves, enhancing concentration and relaxation. This can be expected to clear the listener’s thoughts and promote a state of stress relief.
Emotional stability and improved sleep through music
My goal with this music is to create a world of sound that promotes emotional stability and leads to healthy sleep. This piece incorporates frequencies that are conscious of the regulating effect of “serotonin” based on music therapy. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that contributes to emotional stability and has the effect of suppressing stress hormones. On nights when you can’t calm your mind and sleep, this music helps secrete serotonin and promotes a relaxed state. In the field of music therapy, it is also known that music that utilizes such rhythms and frequencies reduces anxiety and brings mental stability. The rhythm and melody are repeated in a certain pattern, stabilizing the heartbeat and also playing a role in regulating the body clock. In this way, my music is not just designed to be played as “BGM”, but also to provide an experience where the mind and body resonate with each other.
